    Zachary Wolf, CPA

    Zack began his career in 2009 with an international accounting firm, where he performed audits and quarterly reviews for public companies in the financial services and manufacturing industries. He also served on tax preparation engagements for large, consolidated companies. Zack joined Smith Dukes in 2013 and was admitted as a partner in 2019.  Zack has served various businesses and individuals in accounting and tax matters, while developing an industry focus in not-for-profit and governmental accounting and auditing.  He performs financial statement audits and Single Audits for multiple not-for-profit organizations, including those with HUD-assisted programs.  Zack maintains continued professional education in accordance with all AICPA, Yellow Book, and HUD requirements. He also continues to provide tax services to businesses, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations.

    Zack received his Bachelor’s degree in 2008 from the University of Alabama and his Masters of Accountancy in 2009 from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). He has been a member of the ASCPA Leadership Academy, the MS Leadership Class of 2019, and Influence for CPAs Intensive Leadership Program.

    Zack is a member of Ashland Place United Methodist Church, where he serves as Treasurer and plays guitar for the Ascension service.  He also serves as a board member and Vice President for The Joseph Project, a community food pantry.  In the fall, Zack teaches Principles of Accounting as an adjunct faculty member at University of Mobile.
