Since joining the firm in 1992, Mark has served various entities and organizations in accounting, auditing and tax related matters. Qualified under Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), Mark has done work in the non-profit and local government practice area functioning as partner, manager or independent reviewer on numerous non-profit and local governmental audits. He also has experience with employee benefit plans, real estate, construction, and health care.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Alabama and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). He has served on the executive committee and the young CPA committee of the Mobile Chapter of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Professional Advisory Board at the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse School of Accountancy.
